We provide professional on-location and mobile beauty services throughout the Greater New Orleans area and frequently travel to destinations including Jacksonville, Florida; Houston, Texas; New York City; and other cities nationwide.

Whether you're planning a destination wedding, hosting a corporate event, organizing a bachelorette weekend, preparing for a photo shoot, or coordinating beauty services for a large production, our team can travel to your hotel, venue, office, private residence, or event location.

Please call or text to ensure this change can be made ahead of time before we can’t always accommodate every service in the amount of time you may be booked for.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, though arriving late may require shortening or rescheduling your appointment. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.  After the 10-minute grace period, there is a $20 surcharge for arrivals after scheduled appointments—automatic cancellation and deposit forfeiture after 20 minutes.

Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged the total amount of the scheduled appointment.

We understand that emergencies sometimes just “pop up” on us! In order to ensure our service providers are paid for the time they won’t be able to book another client in, we have to charge the card we have for you on file for the total amount of the service you’ve booked for.

Please let us know before checking out. Otherwise, service fee’s will not be adjusted if you leave before speaking with management.

We ask that you arrive 30+ mins prior to your appointment time to begin the soaking process. Depending on what you’re soaking off the time can be longer so always be sure to include what you have on your nails currently when booking.

Of course! The nail industry has come a long way in the last 10 years, and Gel-X has been our go-to for clients looking for enhancements that do not damage your nails. It has also been proven to be a great protective style to rebuild previously damaged nails. In the salon, we use the Apres brand and stick to a very particular nail schedule to ensure the highest success rates and that this service provides what it’s intended for. We apply the initial set & require all services to include one (1) fill-in at the two-week (14-day) mark. After this fill-in, a new set is required and suggested to be applied in the next two weeks (14 days) period.

Custom art has a starting price and can change depending on how detailed the art request is. We ask that you send art in advance to get a price before your appointment to avoid any confusion.

Repairs or anything added on the day of your service are not included in the cost you paid in advance! You’ll be charged the remaining balance at the end of your service.

We’ve got you covered! We offer a one-week warranty on nail chips or peeling with gel polish! If you break a nail (without a gel builder application included in the original service), the repair is subject to a repair charge.

Please note the Weekly Special Gel Manicure is not included in the one-week warranty.

The warranty covers Apres Extensions, so if you have any issues with lifting nails, we can fix those seven (7 days or less after initial application date). Acrylic nail breaks are covered under a one-week warranty as well.

Yes. We offer classic manicures, structured gel manicures, strengthening treatments, luxury pedicures, and nail repair services designed to support healthy natural nails.

No, Lab & Lounge does not offer dip powder nail services.

After careful consideration, we've chosen not to include dip powder in our service menu because we prioritize the highest standards of sanitation, nail health, and long-term results. While dip powder is popular, we believe there are healthier, more customizable, and more sanitary alternatives available.

Instead, we recommend advanced enhancements such as builder gel, soft gel, hard gel, structured gel manicures, and Aprés Gel-X extensions. These services provide exceptional durability, beautiful results, and allow our certified nail artists to tailor each application to your natural nails and lifestyle.

If you're new to Lab & Lounge and currently have dip powder on your nails, we're happy to safely soak off your existing set during your appointment before transitioning you to one of our recommended services. However, we do not offer dip powder applications or maintenance as part of our service menu.

At Lab & Lounge, healthy nails always come first. Our nail artists will assess the condition of your natural nails and recommend the best course of treatment. Depending on the level of damage, we may suggest a repair service, a gentler alternative, or a short healing period before applying enhancements.

We also offer Press-On Box Sets, giving you multiple custom nail sets in one collection so you can switch up your look whenever you like. It's a great option for clients who love variety or want nails for different occasions.

Every press-on order includes an at-home application kit with everything you need for easy application. Prefer a salon experience? Gel-X uses full-coverage soft gel extensions, while acrylic enhancements are created by sculpting or overlaying acrylic products. Many clients choose Gel-X for its lightweight feel and easier removal when performed correctly.

Most Gel-X sets last between three and four weeks with proper care. We only provide fill in’s (two week fix) services at the 2 week mark. After the two week mark, you are required to get a new set applied.
