Memberships are not transferrable. Appointments may be canceled at any time without penalty 48 hours before the appointment is booked. Memberships must be canceled via phone, in-store, or via email. Any unused appointments must be redeemed within 30 days of membership cancellation, or they will expire. The membership fees will recur monthly until canceled by the client. All memberships are pre-paid packages and are non-refundable.
